Role Overview: 
You’ll guide clients through buying, selling, and leasing properties using your market knowledge and negotiation skills. 

Responsibilities:

• Source and follow up with leads
• Conduct property viewings and value analysis
• Negotiate offers and close deals
• Maintain deep knowledge of local property laws and trends

Approximate Salary (AED):

• Commission-only: High variability; top agents can earn AED 500K–1M/year
• Base + commission: Base AED 3,500–10,000/month
• Total annual earnings AED 4,250–52,433/month (≈ AED 51K–629K/year)
